starting at $250.00 + travel fee
 

Regular services:
Initial cleaning starting at $200.00, maintenance service is based on free
in-home estimate with minimum of $150.00/service
extra services: $55.00/hr/person
Travel fee is included in the flat rate for regular services.
 

Move in/out cleaning services:
starting at $200.00 + travel fee
 

COMMERCIAL SERVICES
based on free personal consultation
 

AFTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
starting at $200.00 + travel fee
 

Travel fee of $45.00 applies to one-time cleanings, move in/out cleanings and after-construction services.
